This is a picture of Brendan from a while back. The irony comes from the fact that his surgery date has been scheduled....May 1st. Now I appreciate that it is day surgery and I wholeheartedly appreciate that there are parents who deal with far worse circumstances than Bman's trigger thumbs. But he's my boy....and I'm nervous and sad and wish I could fix his thumbs with the wave of my magical wand! (Not that I have one but you get the point...:) ). So keep this sweet boy in your thoughts and prayers on that day ok? I'm sure I'll ask again as the date gets closer.
I also wanted to mention that I'm currently designing for Allison Cope and So Sketchy! only. I have let go of my other committments and as we enter our busy season at work, this is refreshing. I'm looking forward to new possibilities in the future though. :)

YOu know the saying.. and Layle has recently gone through it.. 'when one door closes, another opens'. :)
That is one sweet little boy face.You know I'll keep you in my prayers May 1st. Any time a child is sick or needs medical attention, it is hard on the mom.
